Here are two night-time shots of stars – one with the church, the other up at Shelswell with my favourite tree as foreground. The images are each made up of 250 images in total and then merged to give the star trail effect around the North Star.
And one more just off Featherbed Lane.
This is a composite with the foreground using a wide angle lens and a 5 second delayed exposure for the light painting, and then a series of moon shots with a long zoom lens. All from the same tripod position. At 4am and it was really, really cold!
