Dear Colleagues,
It is with great sadness that we received the news of the passing of Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh. The country has now entered a period of mourning which will continue until the day after the funeral and this will have implications for us and our residents.
As a mark of respect, the flags will be flown at half-mast at Bodicote House. We are currently reviewing our public engagements and there are likely to be some changes to our meetings schedule, we therefore ask you to be patient and the check the website if you are in any doubt that an event will go ahead.
Given the continuing public health crisis we are not encouraging public gatherings or the laying of flowers. A virtual book of condolence will shortly be accessible via the council’s website
